Process (Thomson Nelson 7th ed. 2004), co-authored with Justin
Sweet; and, most recently, "Understanding and Applying Construction
Law" in Essentials of Construction Management (Informa
Center for Professional Development 2006). Mr. Schneier was an Adjunct
Professor of Construction Law at the University of San Francisco School
of Law and has published numerous articles on various construction law
