Mr. Schneier writes Construction Litigation Reporter, a national construction law newsletter, published by Thomson/Reuters West and found on Westlaw in the CONLITR database. His most recent book is Construction Law for Design Professionals, Construction Managers, and Contractors (Cengage Learning 2015), co-authored with Justin Sweet and Blake Wentz. Mr. Schneier was an Adjunct Professor of Construction Law at the University of San Francisco School of Law.
